My key has already been used, what should I do?

It's very unlikely that a key gets used/redeemed before delivery.

For this reason please make sure that the key:

1. was entered correctly
2. was entered at the correct location
3. was entered at the right platform (Steam, Uplay, Origin, etc.)
4. has not yet been successfully redeemed by you
(check account balances / play time / browse game library / Steam, Origin, or the game itself might need to be closed and launched again)

Please make sure that those issues were covered.
